These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Funrize Casino at funrize.vip ("the Platform"). By registering an account or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use this Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this Platform. Registration is only permitted in jurisdictions where online casino gaming and sports betting are legal under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your state and country. Funrize reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to close accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult.
One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited. Accounts registered with false information, shared accounts, or accounts opened by a previously excluded player will be closed without notice and funds may be withheld pending investigation.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately and change your password.
Funrize reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point in the account lifecycle. Failure to provide documents within 72 hours of a request may result in temporary account suspension. Documents accepted for KYC include government-issued photo ID, proof of address not older than 90 days, and payment method verification where applicable.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit is $10 via most payment methods. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Funrize does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
Withdrawals are processed after the relevant security and wagering checks are completed. The minimum withdrawal is $20. The maximum withdrawal per transaction is $2,500. The weekly withdrawal cap is $5,000 for standard accounts. VIP players may request raised limits through account management. Withdrawals to a payment method that was not used for deposit will require additional verification.
All withdrawals require completed KYC verification before the first payout. Subsequent payouts process without additional document requests unless a review is triggered by compliance protocols. Processing times vary by method as described in the Banking section of the Platform.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer. General bonus rules apply unless the promotion states otherwise. Bonus funds are separate from deposited principal and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
The welcome deposit bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement on bonus funds. Slots contribute 100% toward wagering completion. Table games contribute 10%. Live dealer titles contribute 5%. Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Free spins winnings are subject to a 40x wagering requirement and expire within 7 days of being credited.
Only one bonus may be active at a time. Attempting to abuse bonus terms, including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or bonus exploitation strategies, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure. Funrize reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
5. Gameplay Rules
All games on the Platform use certified RNG software audited by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP figures are accurate to within audited tolerances. Results are final once a game round completes. Technical malfunctions void all associated play and any stakes will be returned. Any game result achieved through a technical error on the part of the Platform will be voided and the stake returned.
Placing wagers using external systems, exploiting bugs, or using any form of automation to generate game outcomes is prohibited. Accounts found to be using such methods will be suspended and winnings voided. Funrize may limit stake sizes or restrict game access for accounts that display patterns associated with advantage play.
6. Sports Betting Rules
Online betting offered on the Platform is subject to specific sport and market rules published within the sports section. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are binding. In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or shortened, settlement rules for that specific market will apply as documented. Funrize reserves the right to void bets placed under manifest error in odds pricing.
The cash-out feature is available on eligible open wagers and the value offered is calculated in real time based on current odds. Cash-out requests are not always guaranteed and may be declined under certain market conditions. Once a cash-out is accepted, the bet is settled at the accepted value regardless of the final result.
7. Responsible Gaming
Funrize is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools are available through account settings. Players who wish to self-exclude can do so for periods ranging from 24 hours to indefinite through the settings menu or by contacting support directly.
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the selected duration. During a self-exclusion period, marketing communications will be suspended and access to the account will be blocked. 8. Prohibited Activities
Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity connected to criminal proceeds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities. Sharing account credentials, transferring funds between player accounts outside of approved methods, and using the Platform for commercial gain other than through legitimate winnings are all prohibited. Funrize cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
Funrize reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, breach of these Terms, underage use, or where required by law. In cases of suspected fraud, funds may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause attributable to the player, any real money balance will be returned via the original deposit method.
10. Limitation of Liability
Funrize is not liable for losses arising from your use of the Platform beyond the amount deposited during the session in which the relevant event occurred. We are not liable for interrupted service due to factors outside our reasonable control including internet outages, power failures, or acts of government. The Platform is provided on an as-is basis and we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Funrize holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the support process will be referred to independent arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority. You may also refer unresolved complaints to the appropriate regulatory body.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email at least 14 days before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.
